Meeting Minutes

October 4^th meeting:

The meeting was held at 4:00 pm at Bagley 260. The following points were discussed and finalised at the meeting:

1. Meeting time and place for future meetings: The NSA meeting will be held every alternate week on Tuesday's at 1:20 immediately after the Nanotechnology seminar at Bagley 260. Pizza and pop will be served at the meetings.
2. Student presentations once a month at the meeting: We welcome the NaNSA students to give a small presentation about their research area for the benefit of all of us. These presentations can be very informal with just 2 or 3 transparencies lasting about 10 minutes followed by an open discussion. The presentations are scheduled for the second meeting of every month. Please contact one of the NaNSA officers if you would like to present your work at the next meeting or at a future meeting.
3. NSA webpage: Most updates about the meetings and the meeting minutes will be posted on the NSA webpage.
   Please check the webpage and give us your feedback and please contact the communications officer if you want any information or changes posted on the website.
