Introduction to NanoTech User Facility (NTUF)

NanoTech User Facility (NTUF) operates jointly with the WTC Microfabrication Laboratory (MFL) as the UW node of the NSF National Nanotechnology Infrastructure Network (NNIN). Our goal is both to serve the academic research and educational needs in nano-science at UW and other Universities, and to support industrial nanotechnology research in the Pacific North West, by providing access to advanced characterization and nanofabrication equipment. This talk gives an overview of the NTUF structure and operation, the tools available to the nanotech community, examples of typical research done, NTUF statistics, and other useful information.
